About Me:

I am actively engaged in the field of wine and wine tourism, with a strong focus on promoting the local identity and gastronomic heritage of Syros. I hold the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines as well as a Wine Tourism Certificate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, combining solid academic training with hands-on experience in tourism and hospitality. Through initiatives, collaborations, and community-based actions, I work towards the development of wine tourism on the island, highlighting wine as a cultural asset deeply connected to local history, gastronomy, and people. I am a highly communicative professional with extensive experience in tourism, hospitality, and customer relations, dedicated to creating authentic, meaningful experiences for visitors while supporting sustainable local development. With a people-centered approach, I actively promote local producers, traditional flavors, and Syros’ culinary culture, fostering synergies between wine, gastronomy, and tourism. My work aims to enhance the island’s visibility as an emerging wine tourism destination, encouraging responsible travel, inclusivity, and long-term value for the local community.
